The minute I walked in the door and met Sharon, I knew that Redell Pine was where I wanted Ted to be. Not only are the facilities lovely, but the care, love and compassion you and your personnel give to your residents is truly amazing! I know that Ted was happy while he was in your care.
I want to thank Irma, Leonor and Anthony for their thoughtfulness and care of Ted, but I must give special thanks to Gina. She gave Ted so much love and compassion. He responded to her more than any other person who took care of him, and she never hesitated to let me know when there were things that needed to be addressed to make him more comfortable.
I most especially am grateful for your kindness to me the last day Ted was at Redell Pine. The emotional support you gave me made what was a difficult time so much easier to bear.
